For those not ready for a managed service agreement,
we offer most of our services on an hourly, a la carte
basis. You pay only for the service you need, when you
want it.
Our ad-hoc services enable clients to benefit from
our knowledge and understanding of sme market place,
using our methodologies and service levels as and when
they are needed. There's no fixed commitment, so businesses
can bring us in to meet a specific business need, or
to provide supplementary skills for an IT project.
Our remote telephone support is available with a 15-minute
minimum, while on-site service calls have a two-hour
minimum and a travel charge.
